The prayer sought in this application is to permit the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu (AG & OT) to utilize Rs.76,300/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand and Three Hundred Only) out of the net income of Financial Year 2024-25 of the Trust Estate of O.S.Gangadharam Pillai to award of scholarships to four students as mentioned below:- Sl.

2. As per the Will of O.S.Ganghadharan Pillai, the amount available in the O.S.Ganghadharan Pillai Trust be utilized for scholarship for students who belong to a particular sect. Accordingly, this year, four such students have been selected, who are studying B.Engg., B.Tech., B.Pharm., and LL.B., courses at various Institutions. The scholarship proposed to be given to these

students totally comes to Rs.76,300/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand and Three Hundred Only), that is Rs.25,000/- each for the first three students and Rs.1,300/- for the student pursuing LL.B. course and altogether, Rs.76,300/- is required to be provided as scholarship to these four students from the said Trust.

In support of these, a report also has been filed by the learned AG & OT and after hearing the learned AG & OT, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:- The learned AG & OT is permitted to release a sum of Rs.76,300/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand and Three Hundred Only) for the purpose of providing scholarship for the four students, as provided in the prayer itself, that is, Rs.25,000/- each for the first three students and the fourth student, namely T.Nisharika, would be getting Rs.1,300/-, totaling to Rs.76,300/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand and Three Hundred Only) and the same be drawn from the O.S.Gangadharam Pillai Trust be paid to the students directly after getting appropriate acknowledgment by the learned AG & OT.
