[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to restore W.P.No.19090 of 2023, which came to be dismissed for default on 02.04.2025, to file. Issue notice to respondents.

Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for official respondents (RR 1 to 3) and Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel, accepts notice for R4. Both learned State counsel and learned counsel for private respondent very fairly submitted that they do not oppose restoration prayer. Page Nos.2/4

In this view of the matter, considering the innocuous nature of the prayer in the captioned WMP as well as other attendant circumstances, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for and we add that W.M.P.No.18340 of 2023 also will now stand restored to file. 5.

List the captioned main W.P. and W.M.P. No.18340 of 2023 in the usual course.
