This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2024 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.75 of 2024 within a period of two weeks.

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of this condition.

2. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no merits in this petition seeking modification of the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is granted from the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.
