O R D E R
When the matter came up for admission, Mr.Abdul Mubeen, Learned Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that in respect of the very same matter, this Court has already passed an order in W.P.No.15234 of 2025. The entire order that is made in the identical matter is extracted hereunder for ready reference:
"The innocuous prayer, that is made in the writ petition, is to direct the first respondent Board to pass appropriate resolution on the enquiry, that is conducted on 27.02.2025 in file No.Na.Ka.No.16567/12/B7/Thanjai and for further reliefs.
2.On a perusal of page No.76 of the typed set of papers, vide proceedings in No.
Na.Ka.No.16567/12/B7/Thanjai, dated 20.02.2025, a detailed notice for the enquiry was issued by the Superintendent, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board. In view thereof, the prayer is made.

3.Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.
4.In view of the limited nature of the prayer, that is made, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms at the admission stage itself.
5. It is seen that the enquiry is conducted on 27.02.2025 by the Superintendent of Wakf Board. The first respondent board shall consider the enquiry dated 27.02.2025 in file No.Na.Ka.No.16567/12/B7/Thanjai, to pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, including the resolution, if any, to be adopted in this regard. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. It is made clear that the consequential prayer neither allowed nor rejected by the Court, but it dependents upon the order, that will be passed by the Board. No costs."
2. In view thereof, this writ petition is also disposed on the same terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
