This Court by its order dated 04.07.2024 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- in Cr.No.176 of 2023 and he has duly complied all the conditions imposed by this court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for intervenor.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
