ORDER
The petitioner had conducted the marriage of his daughter namely, P.Indira on 01.09.2016.
He made a representation on 31.08.2016 before the third respondent viz., the Block Development Officer, St.Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, seeking assistance under the "Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme". Further, he submitted income certificate before the third respondent and subsequently, he had uploaded the income certificates. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is stated by Mr.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner is eligible for the assistance. Consequently, the application of the petitioner is to be considered, examined, approved and scheme is granted, if it is otherwise in order on or before 31.01.2020.
3. Over the above observations, the writ petition itself is allowed. The application along with certificates is granted. No costs.
