Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition viz., "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders" in force as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2020, dated 17.09.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition viz., "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Court or order dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
