K.Poopathy Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondents, particularly that of the 1st respondent in I.A.No.427 of 2016 in SA SR No.2754 of 2008 dated 28.10.2016 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to take on file the above SA SR No.2754 of 2008 to hear and dispose the same on merits.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the loan account with the Respondent-Bank had been settled and therefore, the Petitioner does not want to press the present Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the Respondent Bank does not have any objection for the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
