This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to DISPENSE WITH production of the original FIR dated 07.03.2025 in Crime No.Rc.0692025E0002/2025 on the file of the CBI EOB, Chennai relating to the main quash petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous for the reason that already investigation was completed in the aforementioned FIR and final report was filed, which was taken cognizance in CC.No.1241 of 2026 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 3.
