(This case has been heard through video conferencing) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.V.Gunasekar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that in respect of petitioners, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition/no enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent police. The said submission is recorded.

4. Hence, in view of the same, in the absence of any complaint against these petitioners, there is no necessity for the respondents police to call the petitioners and harass them under the guise of enquiry.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observation.
