ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2. In view of the order to be passed in this Writ Petition, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents 2 and 3 and hence, notice to the said respondents is hereby dispensed with.

3. Claiming that the petitioner possesses the required qualification to be appointed as a Teacher, she has given a representation to the first respondent, seeking for appointment to the post of Teacher. The present prayer is for consideration of her representation. 2/4

4. The post of a Teacher requires to be filled only through a selection process in accordance with law and in case the petitioner is qualified, it is always open to her to participate in such selection process. Thus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for appointment may not be feasible.
