Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30am on every Fridya until further orders in Crl.OP.10890/2022 dated 19.05.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10890 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on every Friday, until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
