C.R.P(PD)No.2206 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

The above matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In paragraph 3 of the order dated 17.12.2020 in C.R.P.(PD)No.2206 of 2020, which reads as follows;

"3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the learned District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.165 of 2011 in O.S.No.98 of 2008 on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

The said paragraph shall stand replaced as, "3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the Subordinate Court, Ponneri is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.165 of 2011 in O.S.No.98 of 2008 on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
