ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1138 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020, thereby directed the respondent to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 304 of 2015, within a 1/2

Cont. P. No.1143 of 2021 period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to Covid-19 Pandamic situation, the respondent could not complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. He would also submit that the entire investigation is completed and about to file the final report within a week in Crime No. 304 of 2015.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court in Crime No.304 of 2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
