(This case has been heard through video conferencing) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2019 pending investigation on his file in C.No.5326/CCB/Visitors/2019.

2. Heard Mr.R.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. Today when this petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that in respect of petition mentioned complaint dated 26.09.2019 given by the petitioner, the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already been transferred to the file of the Deputy Commissioner, Mylapore, East Zone, Chennai and after initiating the enquiry, the same was pending in C.No.5326/CCB/Visitors/2019.

4. Hence, in view of the same, since the said petition is pending before the respondents for the past one year, it would appropriate to issue direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Mylapore, East Zone, Chennai to enquire and dispose the petition mentioned complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
