This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5986 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, and the case now stands posted on 20.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5986 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, on 20.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
