Crl.M.P.No.6600 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1577 of 2008 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J The order of this Court dated 14.09.2016 has been duly complied with by the petitioner.

2. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent. To that effect he has also filed a memo dated 15.09.2016. The respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the said amount.

3. Recording the same, the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Criminal R.C.No.1577 of 2008 is taken on file.
