ORDER

The criminal revision has been filed by the State against the order dated 31.01.2012 made in Criminal Revision Petition.No.58 of 2011 dated 31.01.2012 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore. When the criminal revision is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner/State would submit that the authority has passed the final order of confiscation.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives in the present criminal revision and the same is dismissed. The petitioner/State is directed to take action in accordance with law as per the final order of confiscation.
