Mr.K.Krishnan filed change of vakalat in this case and entered appearance. This petition has been filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.231 of 2013, pending on the file of the Inspector of police, Central Branch, ALGSC-I, Team-XVI, Chennai. 2.Though the learned counsel adverted to various points in the petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.231 of 2013 has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned court on 01.12.2018.

3.In view of the above, without adverting to the merits of the case, leaving the liberty for the petitioner to agitate the same later and also in view of the fact that the charge sheet being filed, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
