ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.07.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against one Priya and Sabari of Voyalur Village, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.570 of 2021 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC and 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
