Seeking survey and measurement of the land situated in Karikalcholan Veethi, Pollachi, Coimbatore District, which the petitioner is said to have purchased by a registered Sale Deed dated 05.05.2014, the petitioner made a request on 25.09.2015. As the said request is not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
