ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2021 in accordance with law, by stopping the unauthorised construction put up by the 4th respondent situated at Sakkara Kuppam Village, Grama Natham Patta No.313 Surevey No.23/7E10.0.3 Acres.
2. Though notice was served, there was no representation on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for R3 would submit that lock and seal notice dated 07.09.2023 had been issued under Section 56 and 57 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. He further submitted that they will complete the proceedings within a period of eight (8) weeks.
4. Considering the above submission, we direct the respondents 1 to 3, to take appropriate steps by giving opportunity to all the parties concerned and complete the proceedings within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
