ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3969 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 that the

petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 18.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.3969 of 2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
