This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.158 of 2010 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uddanapalli Police Station, Krishnagiri District, to the third respondent namely Inspector of Police, CBCID.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), submitted that the investigation is already completed and closed as mistake of fact.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a private complaint. The respondent police is directed to serve the Mistake of Fact notice to the petitioner.
