ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.4 and 5 to pay 75 percent additional compensation to the petitioner as per section 40 (5) of Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, they request to dismiss the present petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
