2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.C.kathiravan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent, Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent, Mr.S.Siva Shanmugam, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 5 & 6 in all the cases and they have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
