The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent dated 22.09.2015 followed by representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015, no further action is forthcoming at the hands of the 1st respondent. Thus, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner made on 01.10.2015 and take appropriate action.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
