This petition is filed to condone the delay of 346 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Though the respondent Management has been served and the name of the counsel printed in the Cause List, none appeared.

Since we find that there is no merit in the appeal, condoning the delay is not going to prejudice the respondent.

Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal.
