O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out the amendments in UDR bearing Survey No.190/4B Korakkvadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District in pursuant to the Proceedings of NA.KA.AA2/3989/2023 dated 08.02.2023 by the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions made a submission that the Revenue Divisional Officer has already in the process of considering the representation submitted by the petitioner and he will pass appropriate orders within a period of two or three weeks.

3. In view of the said submission, no further consideration is required and accordingly the Revenue Divisional Officer shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
