2. This petition has been filed challenging the maintenance case filed by the respondent in M.C.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports that 1/3

there is no instruction from the client. That apart, the grounds raised by the petitioner cannot be considered to quash the proceedings, since it is a matter for trial.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. If the maintenance case in M.C.No.3 of 2014 is pending before the Trial Court, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
