This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.05.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 03.05.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.07.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
