ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed seeking modification of the Crime Number shown in the cause title in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No 10294 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the cause title the year of the Crime Number has been wrongly shown as 2005 instead of 2021 and accordingly seeks necessary modification.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the year in the cause title in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No 10294 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021 and issue fresh order copy. 4.Except the said modification all other conditions imposed by the court shall remain unaltered.
