A. No.3599 of 2024 in CS. No.790 of 2014 P.B.BALAJI, J., This Application has been taken out by the defendants 1 to 3, 5 & 6 to grant leave the Applicants to produce the following documents viz., (1) Memorandum of Understanding dated 07.09.2006 (Photo copy),

(2) receipt dated 16.06.2008 (Photo copy) and

(3) Order of this Court in W.P. No.10423 of 2013 (photocopy).

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection in allowing this Application and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and it is just and proper to allow this Application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the documents are ordered to be received as additional documents, subject to proof and relevancy.

3. Post the matter before the learned II Additional Master for concluding the evidence of the parties on 01.08.2024.
