This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 16.10.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.362 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court for Motor Accident Claims cases, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission in due course.
