Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9235 of 2020 on 30.06.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9235 of 2020 on 30.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9235 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020. is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
