(CRIME NO.310/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed vide order passed in Crl.OP.No.12842 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 directing the Petitioner / 9th Accused to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12842 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12842 of 2022.
