In the main writ petition, the petitioner was one Mr.A.Irudayasamy, who died on 25.01.2022. Therefore, his son, the present petitioner in this miscellaneous petition has moved this petition to substitute him in the place of the original petitioner, who is no more.

2.Heard Mr.M.Gurumoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.In view of the aforestated, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
