Both counsel would submit that the above CRP arises out of a matrimonial proceedings in DVA.No.203 of 2022 dated 08.01.2024. They would further submit that the parties have compromised the matter, pursuant to which the respondent/wife has withdrawn DVA.No.203 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Trial of Cases under Domestic Violence Act, Coimbatore and as such the above CRP has become infructuous.
2. Recording the same, the above CRP stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
