ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.777/Aa3/2015 dated 26.04.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Science) from the date of her appointment on 01.06.2012 and confer all the consequential benefits.
2. This is the second round of litigation by the petitioner.
3. Earlier the petitioner had filed W.P.No.8101 of 2015. By an order dated 20.07.2016, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dispose the writ petition with the following observations:- "In the result, the Writ Petitions are allowed and then Writ Appeals are dismissed with a direction to Government to release the salary of the teacher and also to pay arrear of salary within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed."
4. After the aforesaid order was passed, a fresh representation has been sent by the fifth respondent to the third respondent on 09.05.2019 and the said representation has not yielded any order. Hence this writ petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the third respondent in accordance with law and in terms of the aforesaid decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
