When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.32 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent police was completed and final report in C.C.No.130 of 2014 was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and almost all the witnesses have been examined.
