Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to the Organizing Committee headed by him to conduct Nattiyalaya (Cultural Dance Progam) in Sri Muthumariamman Kovil Festirval on 10.09.2017 at Old Jolarpettai, Jolarpettai, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore District.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 10.07.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 10.09.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 24.08.2017.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
