Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.Considering the limited nature of prayer in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.02.2020, in the light of the proceedings dated 20.02.2020 of the 2nd respondent. Such orders shall be passed by the 3rd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
