Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition totally to appear before the respondent/police every 1st and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 a.m. ordered passed in Crl.M.P.No.794 of 2022 on 28.1.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23909 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.794 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23909 of 2021 on 28.01.2022 to appear before the respondent Police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
