ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, upon noticing that the proceedings as against the Domestic Violence proceedings will be entertained under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners are given liberty to file a Civil Revision Petition on the very same cause of action.

2. With such liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to return the original proceedings and the impugned order, filed if any, to the petitioners. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
