The learned counsel for the plaintiff, by his letter dated 27.11.2017 stated that the plaintiff has instructed him to withdraw the suit. 2.Mr.M.S.Thanvir, learned representing counsel for Mr.Anand Abdul

and Vinodh Associates, counsel made an endorsement to that effect. It is seen from the records that the evidence in the suit has not been commenced. Hence, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with settled out of Court.
