ORDER
Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petitions to issue writs of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representations dated 10.07.2017, in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2017, the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same yet.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2017, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
With this observation, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
