(CR NO.604/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court dated 15.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8187 of 2021 in Cr.No. 604 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.NITHIYAVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 15.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail, however there are four previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above fact that previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to.
