ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to verify all the connected records and documents along with the representation dated 25.10.2025 by conducting a personal enquiry with all necessary parties and demark the lands comprised in Survey No. 509/1, Sub Division Survey No. 509/1A1A1 as per Avadi Town Survey Register(TSLR) OS.Nos. 509/1A1A1B and 509/1A1A1A, T.S.No.66/7 Block No. 0098, Ward-D and as per Revenue FMB Plan admeasuring 0 Acre 17 cents out of 0 Acre 74 Cents situated at No. 58 Thirumullaivoyal Village, Ambattur Taluk(previously Saidapet Taluk) Chennai.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 25.10.2025 seeking to conduct personal enquiry with all necessary parties and demark the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.MA.Gouthaman, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
