This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to order issue of subpoena to the Advocate Commissioner Mr.P.Ramesh, to speak about the inventory made by him in his report dated 17.08.2017 and to mark as exhibit in the above suit on behalf of the plaintiffs.
