On the failure of the respondent No.3 and 2 in furnishing the information sought for, petitioner filed an appeal before the respondent No.1, dated 27.8.2015. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 2 Taking into consideration of the prescribed time limit under the statute, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending Second appeal, dated 27.8.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3.

The Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
